At cheery little newcomer Kasadela (647 E 11th St at Ave C, 212-777-1582), patrons can sip one of 29 rice wines at bargain prices, starting at $5 a glass. What's more, this is one of the few spots in the city where you can find sake on tap, as it might be at a local bar in Japan.
