You can't do drunken karaoke at Kasadela (647 E 11th St between Aves B and C, 212-777-1582, serving until 1:30am), but you will find an impressive list of sakes and Japanese appetizers at the shoebox-size restaurant and lounge. Inspired by izakaya, traditional Japanese bars, chef Paul Lee serves affordable Japanese snacks like $6 salmon tartare with sweet-potato chips, $4 scallops with fresh shiso and $8 beef tataki with green apples and microgreens.
